Every technician is carefully screened before joining our team. We believe trust starts long before a technician arrives at your door, which is why we place a strong emphasis on hiring qualified, dependable professionals you can feel comfortable having on your property.
We focus on electrical work. That means our team is trained to diagnose, repair, install, and upgrade electrical systems safely and correctly. You are hiring an electrical contractor — not a company trying to do every trade under one roof.
Our technicians are part of the Empire Electric team. We invest in our people, train them, and stand behind their work. That gives our customers more consistency, better accountability, and a better overall service experience.
We are proud to serve Jacksonville and the surrounding areas. Our team understands the community because we are part of it. We are not a temporary operation — we are a local electrical contractor committed to serving this area for the long term.
From your first phone call, you should feel heard and understood. Our office team is trained to help guide you through the scheduling and service process so your concerns are taken seriously from the start.
Our service vehicles are stocked with many of the tools, materials, and safety equipment needed to handle common electrical repairs and service calls efficiently. That helps reduce delays and keeps your project moving.
We believe professionalism includes cleanliness. We take steps to protect your home or business while we work, including using floor protection and cleaning up after the job is complete. The goal is simple: leave your space in better shape than we found it.
You should know the price before the work begins. We believe in straightforward communication and transparent pricing, so you can make informed decisions without surprises.
